For bookings under $500 requiring ferry + barge transport, a $160 barge fee applies — 50% covered by A&J, average client cost: $80 (negotiable)

Note: No barge fees charged for weddings or larger events over $500 (Mainland or Bay Islands)

Please call to see if we can work a package out for you for your party/event, as in most cases it works out cheaper than the above party hourly rates
Travel And Barge Fees
If traveling outside of gold coast to north lakes or ipswich area, a travel price will be given at time of booking.
If barge is required for bay islands or stradbroke etc., a price will be given at time of booking. In most cases, A&J photographic & dj services will absorb some but not all of the barge fee.
Add overtime pricing layout on all services pages:
All overtime is to be paid for on the day or night of the event. Otherwise, we will finish at the booked time.
All requests for overtime must be made and paid for at least 20 minutes prior to entering overtime.
Overtime Rates
We also cover private parties, clubs, pubs, corporate events, school graduations/formals, birthdays (18th, 21st, 50th, 60th), and under-18 discos. Hourly rates or customized packages available.
Returning clients receive 5–10% discount based on service repeat and scope.
Any last minute cancellation you will be fully invoiced as this date was taken off our calendar and became unavailable for other bookings.
